CLOTHING

Clothing -Sullivan County Tennessee has several clothing closets that low-income families can turn to for assistance and there are also low-cost thrift stores open. The centers, most of which are run by charities, provide free new and/or used clothing to children or adults in need. There may also be free winter coats, school supplies, and items for new or pregnant mothers too.

In general, the clothing closets do not have any fees involved to qualified clients. But there will be an interview process required as well of proof of need. As any free items are only given to income qualified families in Sullivan County or those in a crisis. If someone does not fall into this category, they can always shop at a low cost thrift store for what they need.
